Quality inspection process of steel grid plate and series of products:

1. Assign raw materials to enter the factory.

2. Raw material inspection.

3. Cutting size inspection.

4. Welding quality inspection.

5. Finished product size inspection.

6. Appearance and surface treatment inspection.

7. Packing.

8. Shipment.

For products with requirements on raw materials, we will provide the test data of raw material samples to customers for review, or directly provide raw material samples to customers for testing, and mass production will be conducted after the samples are satisfied.
